A thank you to our supporters

Since we began this journey of bringing the Brink! site to life a lot of folks have helped us to keep the wheels on the bus & helped us with resources & materials to make it somewhere that we can bring people together. A great big thank you to every last one of you!

The funding for our core heritage project ‘A Growing Story’ has been supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and DAERA, allowing us to run a year long program of growing and cooking workshops with our community growers from across Belfast.

Additional funding for community engagement, research, arts and public engagement has been provided by the Climate+ Co-Centre, QUB Faculty of Medicine, Health & Life Sciences, Transition Together, Necessity, Culture Bridge, The Community Foundation, and UKRI AHRC.

Sponsorship & resource support has been provided by International Synergies, Natural World Products, Allstate.

Materials for the site have been generously donated by Camden Group, JP Corry, Jam Media, Survitec, Babcock Rail, The Boxman, EEL, Aurora, Haldane Fisher, Ulster University, Grahams and Nobletts.

Support for our Solstice Weekender has come from Destination CQ, Friends of the Earth NI, Belfast City Council, and Bryson.

Plants for the site have been provided by Wild Belfast, Million Trees, Woodland Trust, Beechgrove Nursery, Whitehead Dye Garden and Heritage Fruit Tree Nursery.

And these groups & organisations have helped us with time, support & resources, Grow NI, quarto, SourceGrow, NI Science Festival, Belfast Film Festival, Sunflower Bar, Stretch Tents, Titan Containers, and Graffic Belfast.
